• Counting, Organization & Computer Skills. Assuring all items accounted for and maintaining separate bookings for each company.

• Knowledge of basic moving tools such as dollies and carts

• Proper contractor licensing and insurance for this position. (if contractor)

• Valid CPA license

• Valid DOT Medical Card

Job expectations

• Sets up biweekly or monthly meetings with manager.

• Ensures commercial all incoming and outgoing dollars and invoices are accounted for.

• Communicate discrepancies with Owner

• Handle payment to truck drivers

• Files business taxes in name of company in a timely manor

Pay & Tax

Opportunities are paid by the route, Home-to-Warehouse (and visa versa) type of deliveries.

$

W-9 is needed, and 1099 will be issued.

Accountants are paid bi-weekly

Seeking Box truck drivers that possess the ability to safely operate a 24'-26' box truck equipped with a pallet jack and a lift gate to perform scheduled routes.

Qualification and Skills

• 2+ years’ Box truck driving experience.

• Must have good communications skills, must be good at customer relations.

• Counting & Inventory skills. Assuring all items ordered are within in truck for delivery.

• Knowledge of basic moving tools such as dollies and carts

• Be able to lift 50 lbs

Job expectations

• Ensures commercial products are delivered on time and in excellent condition

• Drives delivery vehicle to transport supplies to residential customers, including the loading and unloading of parts

• Manage and Call to coordinate with customers drop off and/ or pick up times.

• Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and issued for each delivery

• Follows proper accident procedures

• Properly maintains vehicle(s) and takes the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues

• Inspects, protects, and maintains company assets, merchandise, and vehicles

Pay & Tax

Opportunities are paid by the route, Home-to-Warehouse (and visa versa) type of deliveries.

$15 flat rate per delivery + 25¢ per mile + delivery fees (delivery fees based on location)

We are a growing Property Management company looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the residential properties we manage. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in excellent condition by doing various odd jobs. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. You must be able to set appointments with residents after a work order has been assigned. You must be able to document repair details on your invoices or by email. You MUST carry the proper insurance.
